ormond residence
The owners of this Californian Bungalow wanted to replace the outdated kitchen and bathrooms that had previously been renovated before they purchased the house 15 years earlier. Their dream was to make better use of the spaces with more practical storage, as well as brighten the previously dark rooms. Bespoke floating joinery in the bathroom maximises the space, while the existing period features were retained to sit with the character of the front of the house. The strong neutral palette and textural feature tiles allow the owners to inject a changing colour pop to suit their mood.
